Satco Filastick Blue LED Bulb Turned On

Here is the Satco 8W blue LED bulb lit up! On the left, it is at full brightness, and on the right it is dimmed. You can see the beautiful cyanish incandescent-esc blue color. This bulb has a wide dimming range and at the lowest brightness setting on my dimmer, it just barely glows. However, around the halfway mark, it has this weird pulsating effect sometimes. Sometimes it is there and sometimes it goes away. I am using an LED-compatible dimmer, so I don't know why it does that.
