In the pond...

Note the location of the pole this area would normally be a small park (path near the parkinglot(which was also partially under water)), at one end of the park is a pond (this is closer to the center)....due to heavy rain (and in general more rain than normal) this spring, the pond 'flooded' and pretty much took over the whole park
Someone was talking about it being flooded, so I headed there (forgot the camera, but had a phone on me)

I would assume they cut power to the park when it flooded..

This pic was actually taken back in the spring, but I hadn't looked through what'd taken til tonight.
Didn't turn out real clear due to the low angle of the sun (and being a phone camera)
