2012 Growing of Veg/Herbs Under F20T12

Just a basic F20T12 magnetic rapid start cool white light. Does perfect for these seedlings. After they emerge, I usually put a fan on them to strengthen the roots. I am growing jalapenos, tomatoes, dill, cucumber, marigolds, mixed flowers, oregano, basil, arugula, and zinnias. I would like to be able to enclose this rack, as with the other tiered shelf (see other pic), to try to hold the heat in, but I think foil would be a little dangerous and unsightly.
