Arbor Street Series M250 
The M250 R1 on Arbor St just up the hill from the clamshell; also powered off the series line through an isolation transformer/ballast. 

The series line (two thinner wires on the right of the crossarm actually continue up to the top of the hill where a 175 watt mercury vapor M400A is located but that light is on multiple.

looks like it could use a new lens. Nice that it's still up n' running! BTW, did you mean a 175W M-250A? The M-400A wasn't available in 175W.
