If these are HPS then they've either been refitted with HPS ballasts and lamps or retrofit lamps. These are mid-60s M1000s and HPS M1000s did not come out until the 1970s.

UPDATE: The MV M1000''s were replaced by Black Cooper NVN's. Unsure on the wattage right now.
