Here is a couple of Ferraz Shawmut inline midget fuse holders used for protecting street lighting circuits. Other models of these have a break away feature to cut power to a pole that has been knocked over.
These are now required here when a municipality purchases ownership of the street lights from the electric company to install LEDs. It allows the fixture to be deenergized for service without messing with the secondary connections.
