I like it! Has more of a vintage look to is, as the older HPS tags were more of a golden color. The earliest ones were foil and lost their gold hue early but then in the 80s GE and ITT used the same material used today that holds the color better and they're a nice deep gold color like this. Looks better than the bright yellow they've been using IMO.
This is the fifth NEMA tag variation for AE/ITT/T&B/AEL IIRC. In the late 60s ITT used NEMA tags on the 100, 175, and 250W model 13s but no tags on the model 25s since they were only in 400W MV. Then in the 70s they made a new style metallic NEMA tag for all wattages and HPS too and then in the 80s they rolled out a new one but changed the gold color to bright yellow in the early 90s and in the late 90s they went to the style above except with a bright yellow background. Now they've reverted back to the old gold color.
Because of the newer orange nema labels, from afar, it makes me think it's red for Metal Halide bulbs until I come close enough to see that it's High Pressure Sodium.
