Here they reused the tall pole but replaced the davit with one used for the ramps. Looks so misplaced eh? The light is 400W though. They sure don't care if the poles match of not lol.
Over here my utility is guilty for using random arm lengths on city streets when changing pole, I know of a street with poles using a 10' arm followed by a 8' arm, 6' arm and then a 8' arm.
National Grid currently installs only 6 foot upsweep arms on wood poles unless requested otherwise. Pretty much every type of mounting bracket can be found here except for single and double guy, which weren't really used on wood poles here to my knowledge. there are some metal poles with double guy upsweep arms and double guy tapered e arms though.
The original poles all had 8' arms
