Thanks! I believe these lights were put in when the neighborhood was developed in the mid-late 70's. They all used to be mercury vapor, but were retrofitted with HPS about 10 years ago. The steel poles are newer, they all used to be concrete, but they have been slowly replacing them.
The doors have HPS labels on them, so either a new powrdoor or ballast swap and label change. These were retrofitted about 10 years ago, did GE even make powrdoors for these old fixtures that recently?
Retrofitted is a better term for those that are STILL MV that has HPS lamps MADE for MV ballasts...
