Yeah, I heard that Detroit has a lot of out of service streetlights. I'm guessing when they do get money to rewire and replace everything, the mercs will be all replaced with LED.
man soo many lights are out which you can see from the safety of the highway! many smashed here and there, detoilet is broke now anyways...btw i was at a Autozone today, 2 guys stole 3 car batteries! this was while i was retrofitting the billboard lights to induction we were there for another hour doing lights and cops NEVER showed up!
The only way they can afford those LEDs is probably from a federal grant. It's too bad they're replacing the few lights that actually do work instead of replacing the non-working ones.
