Very old Crouse Hinds Type M 12-8-8 mounted on one of the few remaining cable stayed arms in the city. Note the weird backboard too. It's the only one I know of like this.
The reds and greens are LED but I think the amber is still incandescent. Note the new LFE poly 12-8-8 too...it probably replaced a 8-8-8 CGE a few years ago.
They're sorta rare in York Region too but I know a bunch of them got installed to replace CGE 8-8-8s in Toronto around 2009-2010. Here's a Streetview in case you were interested.
I guess it was only a matter of time before they remembered to replace this one. There's still one more of these arm assemblies left in the city. I believe around the Richmond and Broadview area.

Never seen that backboard before. It sure looks like an old signal though. Great find
