Nice. I'm assuming this was after you swapped out the ballast? Does the old ballast still work?

Yep, you can see a picture of the inside I just uploaded. I'm sure the old (new) ballast works fine, it is brand new after all, someday I'll replace the wires and probably put it back in this fixture.
