Yeah sag lenses aren't that common here, they usually either only use FCO or drop lens.

They are painted too, I wonder what company would of installed these...

Hmm. The only sag lens light I've ever seen in person is the OVY. The Newport Bridge uses MH OVY, which are slowly being replaced by M-400 FCO HPS. The Macy's lot at the Warwick mall had 400w HPS versions of these, but the giant MH glarebomb shoeboxes took over. There are a few cobrahead poles missed out at the medical center and at the outer areas that aren't used anymore.

There is one of thee fixtures in brampton with a deep drop prismatic lens on a torbram rd intersection south of bovaird.

I've seen that one before, it's not too far from my house actually.
