I've never seen a 200W HPS used around here. It's strictly 50, 100, 250, and 400W HPS for new installations. 150W T&B 113 FCOs were used in the 90s by Narragansett Electric but they're replaced by 100W HPS (or oddly enough 250W HPS!) lights as they fail. There are a large number of 70W HPS lights too, mostly FCO M-250R2s, but they're still serviced. Probably since there are so many of them and it's rather impractical to change out around 1,000 or so lights to 50W HPS instead of relamping them. Since 150W HPS lights are only present is VERY small amounts, they're not mantained. I've only seen 100, 175, 400, and 1000W MV lights here too (1000W being only floods). I've never seen a 250W MV light here.
