It's mounted with couple bolts by the looks of it. Must be a ITT brand.

The arm looks threaded at the end too... Maybe it was a custom made arm.

Looks like a homemade arm to me, I've never heard of a factory arm that mounts with two lag bolts through the pipe.

Definetly homemade. It's better than using those stupid mounting flanges on the housing.
This actually looks pretty good.....

I used a pair of conduit straps to mount my homemade arm on the wall instead of drilling...I think it looks better than drilling through the pipe.
And I never really liked those mounting flanges...they should have just included a very short mounting arm in the box.

Yeah. I don't like those mounting flanges either.
Do the NEMA heads have the flanges too? I know the GE don't

I believe they don't.

the mounting flanges don't phase me...though i tried to cut them off one of my blasters and cracked the slipfitter.
However Hubbell did make a rather strange yard fixture....12" Refractor with a Mounting Flange AND nema like latches for the refractor!

No, actually NEMAs don't, just the fake ones.

That's good. The only companies that still make real NEMA heads are AEL, GE and Howard Lighting.
GE doesn't offer glass or MH though.

Does anyone still make a glass bucket assembly?
gailgrove
[Oct 03, 2011 at 02:16 AM]
AEL has it as an option.

Anyone ask for a quote on a MH NEMA with a glass bucket, must be quite expensive compared to the cheapo yardlights.
