I have seen some LED traffic light die in some weird location and some even flickered Razz

yeah the regular signals here with exposed LED modules tend to have flickery LEDs in the greens at EOL. The yellows last forever since they're pretty much never used lol. The reds don't seem too bad, but most of the reds are newer than the greens as the greens were the very first to be used in most parts around here when LED retrofits started.

The Dialight pixelated LEDs installed here in 2003 have flickery green LEDs, some have since been replaced with Swarco or another brand that looks almost exactly like incandescent.

We have 3M that have Electrotech PV LED that are similar to these Fortel LEDs

Dying PV LEDs

The red had dimmed out LEDs, the green had completely out LEDs and a feww rows of 6 were flickering. These are used in our 3M 131s.
