That TwistPak in the Streetview looks like it's on a pretty new pole.

Yeah the one just to the right was from 2008 if I recall correctly, I think it had been hit. What is strange is more than half of the poles are less than 20 years old, the wiring is a different story. BTW all of the TwistPaks came down today, about 70 or so of them. Confused

Hmm looks like the streetview was redone, as there are no twistpacks. The streetview is so clear you can see the NEMA TAGS RIGHT ON THE LIGHT! Shocked

Yeah they redid most of the street views in the GTA between August '11 and last August. The old street views were from mid 2009.

The old street views also showed some 8-8-8 traffic lights in Toronto that are now gone.

Yeah there are some streetviews here from the mid 2000s and boy has the area changed since.

Yep the Streetview was redone, they are pretty good around here! What's even funnier is they caught me just up the road delivering papers!

LOL that's cool that they caught you like that. Does the car they use look different from an ordinary car? I'm assuming it has a camera on top?

Interesting, I know a lot of my Streetview links I posted in the forum a couple years ago are out of date now, most of the old lights got removed. Confused

TwistPak Replacement - Update

Here is an update to this picture showing the OVHs installed and the old TwistPak taken down, the old pole is still laying on the ground. Pardon the grainy picture as I had to take it with my iPod, while standing in the middle of the road.
