Upgrade one of the crosswalk buttons
The Side Street pedestrian crossing button is seeing an upgrade. This weekend I'll be picking up a Polara Bulldog button.

For those unfamiliar with the brand, they are the buttons that are pressure sensitive and when you press them, they chirp and a little LED lights up on them.

The button I'm getting is yellow and should fit the existing frame, The frame was disassembled and repainted federal yellow tonight.

This shows the wiring inside the ped button...which consists of two-conductor cable running to the cabinet.

I already have the frame painted federal yellow. Looks great! I have the controller programmed to "recall" that pedestrian signal cycle, since the buttons disconnected....just like how its done on the road.

I'll post a pic when i get the Polara button installed.
