Ahh back at Garden city. Smile Here's a pair of GE M-400A2s. Cool
traffic light1   [Oct 28, 2012 at 07:07 PM]
yes!
streetlight98   [Sep 03, 2013 at 03:04 AM]
These are the exact M-400A2s i now own. Cool i would've gotten that RLG too if it wasn't gone before i got back. Mad
Model25FanForever   [Sep 03, 2013 at 03:12 AM]
It beats what I could ever get myself. Congratulations Cool Smile
streetlight98   [Sep 03, 2013 at 03:31 AM]
thanks. if these weren't so huge and heavy i would have sent you one but i know i wouldn'y have been able to afford it if it were being shipped to me. BTW, these are just under a meter long (36"). Shocked i don't know the exact weight but i'd say a good 30 pounds each.
Model25FanForever   [Sep 03, 2013 at 03:36 AM]
I had the chance to get many different types of lights including a Model 25 I wanted from the side of the road and now they have been scrapped so I have been a little down because I missed a huge opportunity Sad but yeah space would be a problem for almost a meter long. The R47 was probably no more than 30 because it felt pretty light.
joe_347V   [Sep 03, 2013 at 06:25 AM]
The R47 is around 28 or 30" long and weighs 25-30 pounds depending on the ballast. I hope you can find yourself at streetlight though.
Model25FanForever   [Sep 03, 2013 at 12:18 PM]
Yeah I keep missing out on the ones that are even just down the road from me.
joe_347V   [Sep 03, 2013 at 07:20 PM]
Well, I'm rooting for you to get that CGE 8-8-8. Cool
Model25FanForever   [Sep 03, 2013 at 11:03 PM]
Me too Cool
streetlight98   [Sep 04, 2013 at 12:30 AM]
Yeah i hope you get that 8-8-8! BTW, i wonder if maybe Bryan scooped these up? he seems to watch this area closely... seems like he doesn't come on the site anymore either... Neutral
joe_347V   [Sep 04, 2013 at 01:21 AM]
Well, he's quite active on Flickr but so far no pics of the missing lights have shown up yet on his gallery.

The CGE 8-8-8s are one of my favorite signals so it would be cool to se you get it.
streetlight98   [Sep 04, 2013 at 02:25 AM]
wow a lot of pics there. Shocked He was right when he said these were 320W PSMH though! I had though they were 400W Mh or PSMH. 320W PSMH seems like quite a drop in lumens from 1000W MV and 400W HPS. Plus the lot's lights were spaced pretty far apart.

Yes , he is really into 3M signal heads, I some times tell him of one here in So Cali, so he can look them up on Street View. Also posts St View of power poles, including ones I have seen in person.
