Starters? Preheat in 2010?

I've seen some relatively new coolers with preheat lamps in the corners too.

Wow.cool...bet those are the F13 lamps Cool
The thing that sucks is They only come in CW so they don't match any other lamps not even modern triphosphor T8 Neutral

Nope...etch says F15!
TiCoune66   [Dec 15, 2012 at 01:20 AM]
Oh I guess they use F15s so the row of fluorescents stays uninterrupted! That's a nice find!

I still have yet to find any preheat fluorescent fixture in service, especially in newer installations.

Looks like jacket encapsuled fluorescent lights Confused

More like regular fluorescent lamps with tube guards that fit on to the sockets.

A Winn-Dixie store near me has a refridgerator line like that with a short preheat fixture in one corner too. It is delamped though, since the rest of the fridges were converted to LED. The starters and sockets are still in place.
