You have two different tubes in there,is it a daylight and a cool white on the Ceeling?

looks more like Cool White and Cool White deluxe or Cool white and Warm white....

The Pinkish Lamp is a Sylvania Cool White Deluxe....the Whiter lamp is a Westinghouse blackender with Halosphate Phosphorus. Wink

Nice industrial unit. These were used in my high school which was built in 1970, to light utility areas. They were present in the locker rooms and in the Shop department classrooms. They use plunger-type sockets, and are definitely much more sturdily made than modern shoplights you buy at a DIY center. I'd love to find one of these someday.

@ Mercury Man - Thanks!...its Pretty Bright, lights my Room Nicely...though i have to someday get around to Cleaning it and possibly Repainting.

You know, the cool white deluxe (if the suffix is /CWX) is also halophosphate-based! The tri-phosphors tubes are great, but nothing replaces the good ol' cool white Wink

Vince....i notice when i switch off the Sylvania CWX it will maintain a Green Erie glow in the Dark for quite a While...yet the Westy Glows only a Fraction of a Second after being shutoff...what causes this?...thanks for that info BTW. Wink

My school also used to use these turret industrial fixtures in the shop rooms running 4' lamps(don't remember if they were HO) but they got retrofitted with new reflectors and sockets and had F32T8 lamps and programmed start ballasts installed. I also like your choice of fluorescent lamps too.

Yep, most manufacturers call these fixtures turret industrials. Wink
