Looks almost like an old British clamshell, yet it is American all the way. There's an identical model of this still in service in Pasadena, CA.

Nice additions to your collection Dave! Is that refractor a Holophane 4082? I see them on a few fixtures around here.

The refractor looks identical to the one on a
B2217.

Yes Joe that's the same refractor on the B2217's. I see them on some R37's here and also on a Westy OV-15.

Oh cool so you could stick any small glass you want in here? I didn't know they ever made clams with the small cobra glass shape.

@lite lover, sorry for the slow reply, but I checked the glass and yes it is a Holophane 4082. I indeed noticed the 1960s Powerlites share the same glass as the Joslyns.
