You mean the people who service the lights on the overpass don't use 125s. If they use M-250R2s with 250W HPS then they're probably pretty close to what older RIDOT installations look like.

I saw a random spot replacement with an R47 on this freeway recently!

I havent seen it yet, I know they stopped installing OVXs and 125s it seems on the Gardner. I see GE M250R2s showing up still.
