I was on a highway that went over this road today and I remembered about these. (photos are google maps S.V) . I have no idea what kind of arms these are. I cannot say I have ever seen these anywhere else ever before. The only cobras on these poles are AE 125`s OV-25`s, OVX`s, and 1 B2255. All are painted grey/white except for the newer AE 125's which make up about 1/3 of the lights. I can imagine the original lights being B2255`s or OV-25`s.
Yeah, I think in the entire city, only that section of Kennedy has that style of pole and fixture. Yeah I also think that the OV-25s and B2255s are originals. Perhaps rebuilt merc lights as Scarborough seems to have a lot of rebuilt OV-25s and B2255s.
Those poles are also wired up to a group relay so the original fixtures don't have PCs. The replacements do, or perhaps a tall shorting cap lol.
