Totally T12 True Value!

This small town True Value hardware store and lumberyard, located in Craig, Alaska, is still lit with 100 percent eight foot F96 slim lines, an increasingly rare sight to behold these days. Originally this place was lit with all daylight full wattage lamps, GE F96T12SP65. As they died off they were spot relamped with GE True Value brand HL41s. I still prefer the 75w daylight lamps though. It's very pleasant to shop here under all the humming eight footers.

Oddly around here daylight lamps are super common, they're in use in just about every store or commercial building or even restaurant! So are other weird colors, ever seen a supermarket lit with a random 50/50 mix of 3000K and 6500K? That place is T8 but still...
