"Finally" Induction Bulb
Kind of an interesting concept here. Induction CFLs, with no tube to burn out.

15 year claimed life, we'll see. Only as efficient as a CFL, at 13.5 watts for 800 lumens, but theoretically they'll last a lot longer. Their big claim to fame is that the light quality is better than LED, lacking the blue content. Curious to try these in a dark room and see this evening.

The warmup is quick, about like a CRT television turning on, unlike analgam CFLs which took entire minutes to warm up.

Interesting they claim the CRI is better than LED. I would have expected the CRI to be the same as any other fluorescent lamp.
