Completed gear wall revamping

It started with the new enclosure for the traffic signal controller. Then, piece by piece, I replaced the original switch boxes, the main J-box and finally, the wireway to the VHO fixture from the F48 canister ballasts. This is much cleaner and more simpler than the hodgepodge I previously had there.
