Not an OVZ, but OVG. The FCO version is designated as OVH.

According to the installation instructions and safety notice that came with the fixture, this is a OVZ. Though it's common for people mistake the NYC OVZ with the OVG.

The OVG was not a drop refractor luminaire. The OVG was a low profile (sag) refractor luminaire. So either way OVG is not the model of these anyways as it was never offered in drop refractor. These are OVZ's custom manufactured for NYC. The reflector is even a OVZ reflector. These have a bracket mounted under the reflector to hold it level so the reflector gasket sits flush with the flat (OVH) door.
