Interesting Repair
Here's a picture of a Sylvania Powerlite B2255 that had the ballast door taped shut. I guess they lost the screw or broke the hinge with the weird wiring when they fixed the light up. Notice the the there is a piece of flexible conduit strapped on the mast arm and pole. The pole appears to be a old MTO sectional steel Polefab pole that's common on MTO highways.
