These traffic lights in Hadar Center are covered because of pedestrian crossing moving

They moved the whole pedestrian crossing further to put a traffic light in the left lane.
Simply, they shut down the traffic light system and covered the traffic lights from the old pedestrian crossing and install a new system in the new one (Which are operating right now) to ensure that the system are operating during the whole maintenance (They were off only at night).
The road lights are AEG Seilkoffer 250 for two 250W lamps that serves one 250W HPS lamp. All on the same cable.
