It's a USO....unidentified stationary object. Or perhaps....a bare mercury arc tube in an incandescent fixture?

It's a reflector with a bowl.....with a bare tube..using a bowl (an actual bowl used for food, not a European language for light cover!)

there's no reflector...the Fixture is a Steber incandescent floodlight...the fixture itself came with a GE 500 Watt PAR-64 Incandescent lamp,i found them laying on the ground still attatched to the pole,i dont know where they are now,and LOL yes this is indeed a food bowl haha.
