Atypical Traffic Lights Here

Here's a set of signals that have black signal heads and black backplates that are pretty rare in Ontario since the signals here are supposed to be all yellow. I'm guessing they used black signals here is to blend in better with the coach lantern styled streetlights and the painted poles.
