I love recessed HID lighting.
Great find. It's better than those PL can lights.

Thanks! Yeah I like using recessed HID lights in some places but the PL can lights still have their use too.
Surprisingly all HID recessed lights have that huge F-Can ballast on the right in them.

Well for one the 6" cans use the same ballast, imagine trying to change them out.
