Duquesne Light in Pittsburgh, PA has alot of these in their area.
joe_347V   [Aug 08, 2011 at 12:47 AM]
I've seen only a few of these in my area, they're not very common here.
Antstar85   [Aug 08, 2011 at 01:32 AM]
There are quite a few of these lights around here but slowly are being replaced as they burn out. There are also a few roads around that have the old AEL model 13 powr/door fixtures as well.
streetlight98   [Aug 08, 2011 at 01:47 AM]
These aren't common here either. The only powr/ doors here are the older M-250A2 and M-400A2

I really would like to get one of these lights for my collection!
streetlight98   [Aug 08, 2011 at 02:05 AM]
Me too, but I don't have any more room. Sad I need to invest in a shed for my lights. Laughing
Antstar85   [Aug 08, 2011 at 02:07 AM]
I also want an OV-15 and a unistyle 175 for the collection
streetlight98   [Aug 08, 2011 at 02:10 AM]
I have a long list. Laughing Razz The unistyle 175 is on that list, but i'n not a fan of the unidoors. Too boxy. I'd like a L-150 some day. Not common here though. I've never even seen a unistyle 175 in person before. Just one Unistyle 400.
Antstar85   [Aug 08, 2011 at 02:12 AM]
There are a bunch of unistyle 175s in Springfield Ma that are still in service.
joe_347V   [Aug 08, 2011 at 02:38 AM]
There's a few Unistyle 175s left in my area but they are now HPS though.
Antstar85   [Aug 08, 2011 at 03:07 AM]
The ones here are still MV which is great along with the old OV-15 that pop up here and there.
streetlight98   [Aug 08, 2011 at 03:09 AM]
Yeah, no retrofits here, so if it's old, it has the origional ballast
joe_347V   [Aug 08, 2011 at 04:41 AM]
We have some OV-15s here too, some are Westinghouse, while the newer ones are Cooper, they're all factory HPS though.
Antstar85   [Aug 08, 2011 at 09:11 PM]
The only place where we have westinghouse HPS OV-15's are on interstate 91 in springfield, MA
streetlight98   [Aug 08, 2011 at 11:07 PM]
All the old lights here are MV. The AE 13 and 25 are the oldest HPS lights.
joe_347V   [Aug 08, 2011 at 11:15 PM]
My area is nearly 100% HPS, even the old MVs from the 60s were retrofitted, the only MV streetlights I've seen in Ontario are these.
streetlight98   [Aug 08, 2011 at 11:18 PM]
My state still has some mercury vapor. The island towns off the coast are still incandescent. Shocked Not sure if the lights are well maintained though. The lamps were still all intact, so no vandals there. Laughing
Antstar85   [Jun 19, 2012 at 12:23 AM]
This fixture is no more.
