This is something that i see very rarely here where i live. . . . streetlights missing their doors. If i see a streetlight missing it's door, It has usually been replaced by the time I drive by it again. Usually within a few weeks. There are a few that still have't been replaced in a long time but for the most part they keep up with maintaining them.
