Flashing Intersection # 2
i guess the intersection isn't busy enough to warrant a Full Blown Signal installation...but busy enough to warrant flashers instead of a simple stop sign.

Shocked That's a lot of flashers, and interesting that they used backplates. Here's the style of beacon we use.

yeah it is alot of flashers,i've also seen installations like that one you linked...for flashers i think the fixed mast setup is abit much and suspension can suffice.

I agree. Flashers don't need huge masts like this. Nothing beats the good ol' suspended ones we used to use here. I'd assume though since this set up is in Texas, it's incase of a bad storm or winds.

probably not it as they have plenty of suspended one's as well..but who know's their reasoning. Laughing

Heads-Fixed Mast , Tails-Suspension!
