Old fluorescent used in a parking area.
One of the lamps looks like it might be a PowerGroove :)
Fixture could be as old as mid-late 1950's
(sorry for the poor image quality, its a frame-grab from a video I took from a moving vehicle..I eventually plan to try & get a better image of this cool old beast)
