It is early-mid 80s, from the package style. The date code should be on the base or on a shiny metal tab inside the bulb around the neck area. It would start with SR then three numbers.

This lamp's code is SR112. Smile

Mfd 4/90, thats late for that sleeve style. Sleeves at that time generally had a white corner with many dots surrounding it.
