Labels are courtesy of joe_347V. Cool (They were designed by me and Joe had them printed in a trade we did in 2014).

Wow that looks professionally made. What's the label printed on?

Thanks! They're printed on vinyl bumper stickers. Joe had them printed at a custom bumper sticker company. You can fit two NEMA tags side-by side on the roughly 3" X 6" label. I rounded the corners myself after for a more authentic look. the McCann Lighting label is printed the same way. I designed the tags myself in Publisher 2003. The NEMA tag font is Helvetica Condensed, customized in WordArt to the exact dimensions of the original "40" tag. I measured the height and width as well as the stroke width of the numbers and duplicated it in Publisher.

Thanks! Yeah, I pretty did what Mike mentioned. I also made most of my other NEMA tags this way too. The custom aluminium tag on my M-250 was a drawing from Mike I printed myself on aluminium foil which I then laminated and stuck with double sided tape.
