The yellow and green are Dialight extended view LEDs. They were discontinued. Nice shot of the light!

They have LOTS of Dialight extended view LED's in Denver. They are everywhere, I see them used on Colorado Blvd, and in other areas where they use the black circular HPS fixtures on the traffic signals. I was wondering what brand they were, now I Know.

Thanks Nick, these were probably the first LED signals installed in my area.

They were one of the early models Dialight made. The first incandescent look they engineered was the red so it makes sense that the red is different. Alot were like that in the county west of me up until around 2005. Now I think Dialight is on their third or fourth incandescent look design.

The current incandescent look Dialights are the ones with a narrower field of view right? I'm not a fan of those...the older ones were better IMO.

Yes, the newer ones are kinda bad I've noticed. If the signal sways in the wind, the color fades in and out. You can't tell the color on really sunny days either.

When did McCain make LED modules? I have one of them.. It's a pixelly red, and kind of dim.

Did McCain make any incandescent look LED modules? I doubt it but they might..

McCain made red LEDs only in the late 1990s, they were designed to use an existing red plastic lens. They never got into the incandescent look business and their LED was just an early attempt in the market and is no longer being manufactured
