Nice. My grandparents' street looks like this except with 100w M-250R and M-250A and most of the lamps were likely put in about 15-20 years ago. I HAVE seen NGrid relamping some instead of replacing, but most continue to burn very dim lamps.

Thanks, you'd be hard pressed to find a street like this nowadays in the Toronto area, most of the mercs were replaced/converted with HPS.

Here any mercs left (which isn't many, but a good amount compared to other states and provinces) have the origional gear and all mercs here (excpet for the one or two 100w MV 113 and 100w MV M-250A2 FCO) were installed before the 80's. There are about 7 400w mercury M-400 at the Veterans Memorial Ice Rink in Cranston. There are no thumb latchs and only one or two still work. I'm sure they won't be serviced any time soon, but I'd rather have them stay the way they are tham risk them getting taken down. NGrid doesn't service any mercs over 175 watts. Sad

I've not sure if any of these are have been serviced recently and the lead one is dayburning.

The first one looks like it has a new lamp from the color and amount of light unless it's a camera trick...

Ahh. Looks dim in the daytime pic. Razz

Well I think it was tad brighter and it wasn't greened out.
