Hmm. I rated it for five stars this morning. Are you sure it didn't rate the pic? When i rated a pic for the first time, i thought it just refreshed but the number of people who rated it went up, so i did end up rating it. I was the second to rate it so somebody else didn't have a problem doing so. I remember certain pics didn't have a comment box a while back. I'm guessing this is a related problem?
