Pointless Streetlights.

I found in streetview a R47 that seems to have no purpose whatsoever. Here is the link

Hmm. Maybe at one point there was a road or an entryway there. I know of some lights that are purpose-less. To me they look like they're up for display lol. does it work at night?

A entrance way is the only possibility IMO. That plaza is pretty new you can also tell by the age of the trees. I don't know if it lights at night I only noticed it in street view yesterday. I biked by there a lot in the summer but I never noticed it lol.

Looks like it might have been the last R47s made too. The pole still looks fairly new.

There's a shoebox here that's also pointless, they moved the entrance way but they never bothered to move the shoebox that lit the entrance.
