Polnish classic lanterns

In this topic, I want to show you classic lanterns from Poland

Firstly lantern which was produced in Poland in K?obuck by cooperative of invalids from 70's, to early 90's. It was made from zinc coated steel, and has long, and short version for 125, 250, and 400Watts Mercury Vapor lamps. It has ORZ3K? mark, and is commonly called coffin cause it has very similar shape

Next classic lanterns from poland
These lanterns were produced by Mesko in Poland in Skar?ysko-Kamienna, they have ORZ6 and ORZ7 mark. ORZ6 is designed for 400W Mercury lamps, and ORZ7 for 250W.
Firstly these lanterns was produced from steel, then from aluminium, they were produced from 70's to early 90's, and commonly called spoons

I see some are rusty...were they gavelized steel?

Spoons.....I have an American fixture that looks VERY much like a spoon which I will upload sometime in the future!

Steel version of spoons are made from painted steel, not zinc coated steel like coffins.
