you said it! AWESOME! I love tose little preheaters. BTW, if you want some more blinkiness, check out this video of my F13T5s starting up on preheat Robertson Ballasts! It's a lot better looking in person though since the lit early bird tubes blind the camera from seeing the late starting tubes blink.

if you put another light in the video that always stayes on it helps the camera not adjust so you can see the one that you want to see
