Nice finds!
First pic is taken at Yonge and Finch, and it seems the only thing still standing is the Scotia Bank. I wonder when the top pic was taken though, the barriers suggest the subway was still under construction (earlier than 1974) but the AE 25 is a newer lume.
Not sure where the second pic was taken but it depicts Toronto during the 90s, right after the incandescent gumballs were replaced with the Cooper MH ones in the pic. The old CGE signals were still common at the time and they were still incandescent too. Note the 8-8-8 on the left, those were fairly common until recently.
The third pic is from Yonge and Dundas and shows the Eaton Centre. Picture was probably taken in the late 70s or the early 80s. The Eaton Centre still had it's original Dundas street entrance at the time and it's original design. Note the CGE signals along with the 8" green arrow in the 8-8-8. I'm not really when those were phased out though. The pole packs were replaced in the late 2000s.
The forth pic looks a bit older, probably 1960s-early 1970sera. At that time 8-8-8s were sometimes used on both sides of the intersection (instead of only on the left). Also it was common back then not to have a backplate on the left hand light. (I'm not sure when did the last non backplate 8-8-8 disappear). The pedestrian signal might have been old enough to use the DONT WALK/WALK words instead of the symbols. The cable supported signal arm is a rare find now too.
Finally, the last pic is fairly old. Looks to be early 50s since the bus lacks a route number (route numbers came in 1954 or so). The gumballs are mounted on some pretty interesting high rise arms, they were probably removed in the 90s though. Note the old CCF electric trolley bus too.
