Where to find streetlight mounting arms?

I need to know how to find streetlight mounting arms? I looked on ebay and I founded those cheap yard blaster arms. Any idea how to get a rugged or more better streetlight mounting arm? Soon I might be saving a streetlight, if I can.

lightmart.com is the only legit place I know of to get mounting arms without going through a distributor. You can order them through Grainger or Graybar I believe. They're not listed on the websites but there's a member here who had ordered arms before. Most of my arms came from lights on the side of the road that never got transferred to the new wood pole by the city after the utility company replaces the pole.
