New page on early street lights

I'm working on an information sheet about the evolution of street lights.  It's not intended to be comprehensive but to give newbie enthusiasts a sense of what this is all about.  I have tracked down some patents and some early drawings to validate the text.

Feel free to post comments, corrections, ideas of missing stuff that should be covered, etc.  Also I haven't gotten into HPS. MH, LED, etc. as of yet as those came along when street lights were a lesser part of my "focal area."  So any suggestions in those areas would be appreciated.  I'm more of a 30s - 70s enthusiast but my goal is to generate interest in all areas of street lighting.

(And yes, I need to cover fluorescent street lighting.  I just haven't tracked down good photos for that section yet.)
