I noticed at the Comment section in the Gallery page does not pass my date and time preference setting ???

I want everyone to be aware that there is a BUG on the commenting issues...

When a new album is created or an album is edited, it causes the comment functions to turn off itself on that specific album. Please if you find such problem, like missing comment text box, CONTACT Jace (gullwhiz)
