Regluing a mercury lamp base?

I have an old Westinghouse Canada H33-1GL/C mercury lamp with a loose base. I don't want to test it before the base is secured again on the bulb. What's the best way to reglue it? Would Krazy Glue or some sort of epoxy work?

krazy glue works. i use it to fix loose fluorescent ends.
